School Cash Online

Hayden is pleased to introduce School Cash Online to parents as its preferred method of payment for school related activities and team fees. School Cash Online is fast and convenient offering parents payment using credit card, including Visa, Mastercard and Visa Debit.  

To register go to https://hdsb.schoolcashonline.com/ and select the “Get Started Today” option.  Complete the registration steps, selecting an 8 character password (one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and a number). After selecting your password, check the box to "Yes" to consent to receive email notifications for fee reminders associated with your student.

A confirmation email will be forwarded to you. Click on the link provided inside the email to confirm your email and School Cash Online account. The confirmation link will open the School Cash Online site prompting you to sign into your account. Use your email address and password just created with your account.

Add Student(s) - this step will connect your child(ren) to your account:
1. Verify the School Board Name
2. Select the School Name from the dropdown list
3. Enter your child's 9-digit Halton student number, last name and date of birth
4. Select Confirm
5. On the next page confirm student information, check in the Agree box and select your relationship to the child, select Continue
6. Your child has been added to your account.
7. Add another student by repeating the steps above.

We have added three new features in School Cash Online for parents:

1) Parent Video – check out our School Cash Online promotional video for parents.

2) Make a Donation – when you are in School Cash Online making purchases, you can also add a donation to the Board or school by clicking the Make a Donation box.  Follow the simple on-screen instructions and an official donation receipt for tax purposes will be emailed upon checkout.

3) MyWallet – thank you to parents for your feedback on the MyWallet.  You are now able to add up to $500 to your MyWallet account per transaction or up to $1,000 in total.  MyWallet is a handy feature for parents/guardians who like to budget for the school year in advance.  Once your MyWallet is loaded, there is no need to re-enter your banking or credit card information for subsequent purchases so long as you have a sufficient balance.  Loading a balance to MyWallet is also handy to for parents/guardians looking to avoid transaction fees from their financial institution on individual purchases.
