School Cash Online

Hayden is pleased to introduce School Cash Online to parents as its preferred method of payment for school related activities and team fees.  School Cash Online is fast and convenient offering parents payment using credit card, including Visa, Mastercard and Visa Debit.  

To register go to and select the “Get Started Today” option.  Complete the registration steps, selecting an 8 character password (one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and a number). After selecting your password, check the box to "Yes" to consent to receive email notifications for fee reminders associated with your student.

A confirmation email will be forwarded to you. Click on the link provided inside the email to confirm your email and School Cash Online account. The confirmation link will open the School Cash Online site prompting you to sign into your account. Use your email address and password just created with your account.

Add Student(s) - this step will connect your child(ren) to your account:
1. Verify the School Board Name
2. Select the School Name from the dropdown list
3. Enter your child's 9-digit Halton student number, last name and date of birth
4. Select Confirm
5. On the next page confirm student information, check in the Agree box and select your relationship to the child, select Continue
6. Your child has been added to your account.
7. Add another student by repeating the steps above.
