Class of 2023 Information

Our Class of 2023 celebration is being held on Thursday, June 1st @ 7:00 pm at the Meeting House in Oakville (2700 Bristol Circle).  This year, we have another record number of students in our class of 2023!  In preparation for our event, we are asking students and parents to complete the following form which will provide us with the necessary information to order your Souvenir Cap & Gown package as well as prepare our celebration video to be shown at the event.

Please complete this order form by March 1, 2023.  The venue, Souvenir Cap & Gown package, as well as all the accompaniments to the evening are inclusive of this year’s cost of $65 per person, which can be paid through School Cash Online also by March 1, 2023.  In addition, we are planning a Celebratory Breakfast at the school for all Grade 12 students, to be scheduled later in the spring prior to graduation.

Invitations and tickets (limit of 2 tickets per family) along with the gowns will be distributed in mid-May.  More information will be made available as we get closer to the day.  Please understand that the venue, although quite large, has a maximum capacity for guests and may not be open to full capacity due to the pandemic.  If extra tickets become available, we will notify all students of the process.

Students can now access menstrual products at no cost in our washrooms. The Free Menstrual Products initiative is an attempt to address some of the gaps in access to menstrual products to promote awareness and alleviate the stigma of menstruation. Dispensing machines have been installed in one multi-stalled washroom on each floor of the school.
